The Texas Irish Cycling Team was formed in 2006 by 22 mutual friends living throughout the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. We share a passion for cycling and a desire to help our communities. What started out as a group of individuals who enjoyed the camaraderie of cycling and raising money as part of Sam's Club Bike MS has evolved into a not-for-profit corporation whose members have raised more than $1,200,000 for local and national charities.

Our mission still focuses heavily on cycling, teamwork and having a good time together; however, charitable giving has become equally important and is a cornerstone value of the team. The Texas Irish's fundraising efforts are primarily directed toward charities that focus on curing diseases, victims of domestic violence, children in need, and members of our country's armed forces.
